Visiting Associates
The Eagleton Visiting Associates Program connects current undergraduate and graduate students with accomplished professionals in and around government—including staffers, attorneys, policy experts, nonprofit leaders, lobbyists, and advocates. Each mentor is paired one-on-one with a student to offer guidance, share career insights, and help foster a deeper understanding of public service pathways. Mentors commit to meet with their mentee at least once (preferably in person) and attend one Eagleton Institute of Politics program per semester. Mentors may also be asked to serve as potential guest speakers or panelists in relevant courses and events. The Eagleton Visiting Associates Strengthens the bridge between academic preparation and real-world impact, inspiring the next generation of civic leaders.
