Eagleton Alumni

Eagleton alumni stay connected with one another and the Institute through dedicated networking events and activities sponsored by the Eagleton Alumni Committee. This official Rutgers alumni club was established in conjunction with the Institute’s 50th anniversary in 2006 to encourage networking, unity, and a sense of belonging among Eagleton alumni; to support alums in their professional and personal endeavors; and connect to the research, education, and public service efforts of the Eagleton Institute of Politics.

Join Eagleton alumni and Rutgers students as the Eagleton Alumni Committee launches its Alumni in Politics Series. The first panel discussion will focus on careers in Government Affairs featuring accomplished Eagleton alumni from different perspectives in the field.

Alumni Career Panel
Hold the date: November 30
At the end of each fall semester, the Institute hosts an alumni career panel to help current Rutgers students consider the wide range of career options available in politics and public service and to introduce them to the strong Eagleton alumni network.

Regional Happy Hours
The Eagleton Alumni Committee organizes a series of regional happy hour events to engage alumni throughout New Jersey.

Trenton State House Lunch
Alumni are invited to meet the current class of Eagleton Graduate Fellows during the annual Trenton State House Lunch each spring.

Summer Networking Reception on Capitol Hill
In partnership with the Rutgers Office of Federal Relations, Eagleton hosts a summer networking reception to gather Rutgers University alumni, friends, and summer interns in special recognition of the Rutgers-Eagleton Washington Internship Award recipients.

Alumni Directory

Since 1973, the Eagleton Institute has published 24 editions of the Alumni Directory as a resource to build and strengthen the alumni network. The Directory lists all graduate Fellows and Undergraduate Associate alumni and includes professional contact information as well as a listing of all alumni by class year and state.
