NJ Government Recognizes the 50th Anniversary of ECPIP

This year, the Eagleton Center for Public Interest Polling celebrated its 50th anniversary. ECPIP, home to the Rutgers-Eagleton Poll, is the oldest and one of the most respected university-based state survey research centers in the United States.

Poll: Is NJ a good place to live?

A new Rutgers-Eagleton Poll asked residents, finding that almost 6 in 10 New Jerseyans say it’s an “excellent” (14%) or “good” (44%) place to live. However, 28% percent responded with “only fair” and 13% said “poor.”

Survey: Big jumps for Jersey in views on finding job, running business

Nearly 2 in 3 residents viewed New Jersey as an “excellent” or “good” place to find a job, while 1 in 2 said it was an “excellent” or “good” place to start a business — marks that were substantially higher than six years ago, according to polling results released Thursday morning by the Rutgers Eagleton Center for Public Interest Polling at Rutgers-New Brunswick.
