Eagleton Faculty, Staff and Visiting Associates
Felicia Marks is a Program Coordinator for the Center for Youth Political Participation (CYPP). She assists the Program Manager in supporting CYPP’s role in the Rutgers-Eagleton Cyber Civics Initiative. She works closely with the Miller Center on Policing and Community Resilience to recruit and manage student interns, develop a social media content strategy for the program, and foster partnerships within Rutgers for greater engagement.
Before joining the team at Rutgers, Felicia was a full-time student at Gettysburg College. As a student, she served as the Greek Leadership & Education Coordinator for the Office of Student Activities & Greek Life. She was also an intern for the Office of Alumni & Parent Relations, where she helped to expand the college’s social media presence. She graduated from Gettysburg in 2024, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in Educational Studies and Peace & Justice Studies.
