Join the Eagleton Institute of Politics for a panel discussion on the local, state, and national primary election results. The discussion will be moderated by Jean Sinzdak, Associate Director of the Center for American Women and Politics.

Panelists:

Modia Butler – Partner, Mercury Public Affairs. Mo Butler is a respected public affairs expert with extensive experience in government relations, political campaigns, and strategic communications in New Jersey and Washington, D.C. At Mercury, Butler advises clients across various sectors including Government, Real Estate Development, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and Not for Profits.

David Cruz – Senior Political Correspondent/Anchor. Senior Political Correspondent David Cruz is the moderator of Chat Box and Reporters Roundtable. He’s been a member of the NJ Spotlight News team since 2011 and has been covering New Jersey’s biggest stories for almost 30 years. He’s been a reporter and moderator of public affairs programs on television, radio and digital platforms for WBGO and WNYC radio and is the former editor in chief of the Hudson Reporter Newspaper group.

Joey Fox – Washington correspondent, New Jersey Globe. Joey Fox is Washington, DC-based reporter at the New Jersey Globe, covering federal politics and New Jersey’s congressional delegation. He previously spent two years in Trenton covering state, federal, and local politics for the Globe.

Amanda Woloshen Glass – Senior Vice President at Checkmate Strategies. Amanda has a background as a government affairs specialist and senior political strategist with expertise in the areas of public affairs, government relations, communications, and campaign management. Her proven record of success in campaign management and successfully building issue-oriented and diverse grassroots coalitions stems from her ability to keep an eye on the big picture while using precision to focus on the elements needed to win. Amanda’s extensive experience on Capitol Hill has fostered her strong working relationships with government and elected officials that bridge both sides of the aisle – within New Jersey and beyond.
