Eagleton Alumni Committee Dinner Meeting

Mon, December 2

6:00 – 8:00 pm  Wood Lawn

Dear Eagleton Alumni:

It’s an exciting year at the Eagleton Institute of Politics! We are writing to invite you to serve on the Eagleton Alumni Committee (EAC) for the 2024-2025 academic year. The EAC is an official chartered Rutgers alumni group that provides a community for all Eagleton alumni to provide support and amplify the mission and activities of the Eagleton Institute through a variety of engagement opportunities. The EAC will meet in December, February, and May this academic year.

The first meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 2 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Wood Lawn, including a networking dinner at 6:00 pm and meeting at 7:00 pm. Come and check it out! RSVPs are required in advance by November 27. There are three ways to reply:

  • Use the join and attend RSVP link to join the committee and confirm your December 2 dinner and meeting attendance.
  • If unsure about committing to the EAC, you are welcome to join the first dinner meeting on December 2 to check it out. Reply using the same attend RSVP link and indicate “maybe” on the reservation form.
  • If you are joining the EAC, but cannot attend the December 2 meeting, please use the non-attending sign up link.

EAC meetings will be held both hybrid and virtually using Zoom. Members attend, at a minimum, at least one EAC meeting and at least one Eagleton event each year. In-person meetings include a networking dinner in addition to an Eagleton update and committee agenda. EAC members cover the expense of their meal, $25 per person, so our alumni funds can continue to go directly to student support.

We enjoy being members of the Eagleton Alumni Committee and it is a distinct privilege to serve as your leadership team. Feel free to contact us with suggestions, concerns, or comments.

We look forward to seeing you this year back at Wood Lawn!

Sincerely,
