The series will blend academic research, real-world examples, and possible solutions to equip attendees with the knowledge and tools to counter misinformation effectively. The segments on April 14, May 12, and June 17 will critically examine the evolution of misinformation, its current manifestations, and the role of artificial intelligence in shaping the future of information integrity.

Eagleton alumni can join the committee at any point throughout the academic year. Email Sarah Kozak if you would like to join at skozak@eagleton.rutgers.edu.  EAC meetings will be held both hybrid and virtually using Zoom. Members attend, at a minimum, at least one EAC meeting and at least one Eagleton event each year. In-person meetings include a networking dinner in addition to an Eagleton update and committee agenda. EAC members cover the expense of their meal, $25 per person, so our alumni funds can continue to go directly to student support.

We enjoy being members of the Eagleton Alumni Committee and it is a distinct privilege to serve as your leadership team. Feel free to contact us with suggestions, concerns, or comments.

We look forward to seeing you this year back at Wood Lawn!

Sincerely,

Claude Taylor
