SARAH KOZAK

Senior Administrative Assistant, Eagleton Institute of Politics; B.A., sociology and secondary education, Rowan University.

Sarah Kozak joined the Institute in 2006, assuming the roles of assistant to the director and education program coordinator for the graduate fellowship and undergraduate associate programs. Kozak also oversees general operations of the Wood Lawn mansion and is the liaison to program alumni and the alumni committee. Before coming to Eagleton, she was the assistant to the dean of outreach and extension programs at School of Environmental and Biological Sciences and Rutgers Cooperative Extension on the Cook campus and also worked at the Center for Molecular Biophysics and Biophysical Chemistry on the Busch campus, beginning in 1996.

Prior to working at Rutgers, Kozak worked for Computer Sciences Corporation on a U.S. Department of Defense contract at Fort Monmouth in Eatontown. She received a bachelor's degree in sociology and secondary education from Rowan University and also completed coursework at Union County College in the American Sign Language-English Interpreting Program.
