Eagleton Faculty, Staff and Visiting Associates
Maximo Vazquez joined the Institute as the Coordinator, Public Programs & Special Projects in September 2019. He is responsible for organizing all aspects of Eagleton events, including the Institute’s high profile public lecture series as well as a variety of programs and projects for several Eagleton centers.
Prior to his tenure at the Eagleton, Vazquez served as a program coordinator for the City of Perth Amboy’s Office of Economic and Community Development. In his capacity there, Vazquez was the primary grant writer for the office as well as a primary point of contact on behalf of the City for storm water and sustainability related initiatives. He also managed CDBG and HOME entitlement funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Vazquez is a current graduate student at Rutgers’ Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, pursuing a master’s degree in city and regional planning.
