Jonathan Chebra

Jonathan Chebra is Deputy Commissioner for Operations and Chief of Staff at the New Jersey Department of Human Services, overseeing department operations and external relations. Chebra has spent his career in public service and health policy. Previously, he worked as Senior Director for Federal Affairs for the New Jersey Hospital Association and Chief of Staff for New Jersey Assemblyman Herb Conaway, who was also chairman of the Health Committee. Chebra also served as a New Media Assistant and Legislative Correspondent for United States Senator Frank Lautenberg. Chebra is a graduate of Rider University and currently resides in Bordentown City.
