The program will begin with a presentation by Professor Julia Sass Rubin from the Bloustein School on her analysis of the impact of the county-based “line” in NJ primaries, with specific analysis of the contests in 2020 and of those in 2021 that will have just occurred.

Following Julia’s comments, we will hear from four panelists, each of whom has expertise on ballot design and other related election reform issues.
