Brendan L. Keating

Program Coordinator, Youth Political Participation Program (YPPP); B.A. political science, University of Colorado-Boulder, M.P.S., Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations

Keating is program coordinator for the Youth Political Participation Program and manages YPPP's RU Ready and RU Voting programs. He currently serves on the board of directors of the League of Women Voters of New Jersey (LWVNJ). In addition, he is on the executive committee of the LWVNJ Young People's Network (YPN), where he runs the college outreach initiative. At LWVNJ, he also serves on the Lobby Corps and is a trained debate moderator.

Keating is active in the environmental movement in New Jersey and serves on the Chatham Borough Environmental Commission. In 2015 he ran unsuccessfully ran for a seat on the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders. He holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master of professional studies degree from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
